What exactly is Fiverr?
Fiverr is a site where people offer their services for only $5. When it comes to this site, there is something for everyone. Whether you want to prank your friends, send someone a video for their birthday of a man dressed in a clown costume singing to them, or you want useful orders for your business, they have what you want.
When looking for funny or bizarre gigs, some of the top selling gigs include a puppet that can relay any message, a woman who hoola-hoops while saying anything you want, a man who wears only a British flag and dances around, and a man who will eat a piece of paper with a message on it. There is also a man who will dress in a creepy costume and act scary. These gigs can be great when playing a fun prank on a friend, or as a gift to somebody. It is fun to browse through the different categories and see the crazy people will do for a few dollars!
Fiverr can be especially helpful to bloggers and anyone with a website. There are sellers offering web analytics services, check websites for broken links, provide tips on how to improve, as well as SEO optimization, just to name a few. Other useful gigs would include content creation and even banner/logo creation.
If you are trying to attract more people to your site, there are plenty of people on Fiverr who create video introductions and testimonials that are of the best quality. Videos tend to bring more traffic to sites and offer visual stimulation, so they are an excellent way to boost traffic and gain interest!
Fiverr has different sellers who do bring traffic to sites, and there are also gigs to bring more Facebook “likes” to a page, more “followers” to a twitter account, as well as with Instagram. By having more likes and traffic, the particular account that is trying to gain popularity will succeed more than they would have without the Fiverr services.
Fiverr is a brilliant marketplace that can be used to really boost a brand in an inexpensive manner. It is also a great place where people can use their services to make a few extra bucks doing absolutely anything! Often times, the weirder the gig, the better! Take a look for yourself at Fiverr.com and see the thousands of gigs that you can order!
By the way, I purchased the bulk of this article as a Fiverr gig to see for myself the type of quality you can get for $5. I am pretty happy with the results. As part of the Forever Affiliate program that I am going through to create and promote mini affiliate sites, several folks have utilized Fiverr for logo and banner creation as well as content creation and have been real happy with the results as well.
Definitely check out some of the links I have highlighted above! You’ll really be surprised at all the things you could get someone to do for you for $5! Experiment, try a few different gigs, you can’t go wrong for $5. And on the flip side, if you’re looking to generate some extra cash, Fiverr might be a great way for you to do that!
This fiver site seems pretty cool. I like the idea of all this!
Thanks Jen! Yeah, it is pretty cool! Not only are there some useful things on there, but there are completely ridiculous, hilarious things as well! Enjoy!

I started selling on Fiverr about 3 months ago and already a level 2 seller. I offer WordPress gigs. Took about 2 months to hit level 2. The only advice I can give when you order, make sure the gig your wanting to buy is from a seller who has a history of having positive reviews (more than just a few, like maybe 5 to 10 at minimum), and always communicate with them prior to ordering to make sure they are able to do what you need (unless its pretty straight forward).
I’m kevinm97 on Fiverr. If you’re looking to start selling on Fiverr I’ll be glad to give you some pointers.
Good advice that I failed to mention, Kevin! As he mentioned, be sure that gig that you choose is from a seller with a good amount of positive feedback. Thanks for the comment!

I love Fiverr. I use it from both sides, as a buyer and a seller.

Excellent Loretta, since I am familiar with your work, if you’d like, drop me an email and I will include a link to your gigs if you happen to have any currently.
Chris,
Can you mention some of the recommended gigs for content creation. As you have mentioned that you have had good experience with them.
I want to try fiverr for content as I can only publish limited content myself

Hello again Mark!
I took a look back at the gig I purchased to write the majority of this article and it appears she paused the writing gig and is now focusing on creating video content instead. Here is the link to the particular gig that I purchased which used to be a 400 word post, which is now a 300 word gig and like I mentioned, it is a paused gig. But it will give you an example of what to look for:

The person that I utilized for the articles on my Forever Affiliate site #2 was Dana Hunter: http://www.dana-hunter.com/
She charges $10 per article and sells them in 5 packs, for $50. It looks like the current turnaround time is about a week, which is how long it took me to receive mine.
Hope that helps!

Love Fiverr! have used it to get logos and video intros in the past. Have had a few bad experiences, but have learned my lessons. Like Kevin said, make sure you do your research on the provider!
